I was the Production Visual Effects Supervisor on “La Palma”, directed by Kasper Barfoed, featuring Ingrid Bolsø Berdal, Anders Baasmo, Thea Sofie Loch Næss, Jorge de Juan and Alma Günther. I managed and supervised on-set and in post, all the digital visual effects, made by Storm Studios, Gimpville, Haymaker VFX and Varg Studios. We had to create some massive full-CG tsunami water simulations, lava eruptions, land slides, volcanic environments, explosions, plane crashes, sea turtles and more for these challenging scenes.

“La Palma ” is a four part mini series disaster epic from the team behind “The Quake”, “The Burning Sea” and “The Wave”. The series was released globally on Netflix in December 2024.
